Connekt (ITS Netherlands) members will be visiting Gothenburg, Sweden, from 15-17 September 2025, to explore the latest advancements in smart mobility and sustainable logistics. The focus will be on autonomous vehicles, data-driven mobility, and digital technologies. During the visit, members will engage with companies and start-ups at the forefront of these innovations, exploring the trends and technologies shaping the future of transportation.

Gothenburg is an important hub for mobility and logistics innovation, focusing on electromobility, battery technology, and sustainable transport. The city is home to major companies like Volvo and Polestar, and the Lindholmen Science Park provides a key testbed for autonomous vehicles and smart mobility. As Sweden’s main port city, Gothenburg also plays a significant role in logistics, which aligns with Dutch interests in global supply chains. The city’s strong collaboration between government, industry, and academia makes it a relevant destination for Dutch professionals exploring future mobility and urban infrastructure.
